A little clarity

Before you
get started.

Do you restock restroom supplies?

Restocking can be included where agreed. Your proposal identifies which items are supplied by the facility and which replenishment tasks are part of each visit.

Is disinfection the same as cleaning?

No. Cleaning removes soil; disinfection requires suitable products and label-directed application and contact time. Any requested disinfection protocol is defined separately in the scope.

Can common areas be cleaned during opening hours?

We assess safe access, visitor disruption, and the facility’s operating needs before agreeing on a service window.
