Post-construction cleaning · Central Florida
Commercial post-construction cleaning for general contractors, builders, and project managers. Tell us what's ready, what's still underway, and when the space needs to be handed over. Clearline Commercial Cleaning will review the project and put the agreed work in writing.
Based in Davenport. Serving projects across our Central Florida service area.

The final days of a project bring together several moving parts: remaining trades, access windows, the client's walkthrough, and the details that still need attention. The cleaning scope should make those responsibilities easier to coordinate.
We start with the areas being released for cleaning, the finishes involved, and the condition of the space. That gives your team a clear basis for discussing the work, the schedule, and any return visits before service is confirmed.
Cleaning scope
The written scope identifies the areas, surfaces, and tasks included in your project. These are the details we'll review with you, not a blanket promise that every task is included.

Accessible ledges, baseboards, doors, trim, counters, and agreed cabinet surfaces. Identify delicate finishes and product restrictions before methods are selected.
Accessible interior glass, frames, sills, restroom fixtures, and breakroom surfaces. High-access work needs individual assessment. Exterior glass, protective-film removal, and specialist residue removal are not part of our service.
Cleaning appropriate to the floor material and its condition, with agreed attention to edges, entrances, and circulation areas. Restoration, refinishing, and repairs are not assumed to be included.
We don't haul bulk construction waste, and hazardous-material work is not included. Tell us who is arranging disposal when you request a quote, so the site is ready for the clean.
Tell us whether you're planning an initial cleanup, a final clean after the main trades, or a touch-up before handover. We handle all three, and the agreed visits are priced separately.
If work continues after an area is cleaned, the scope may need an additional visit. Identifying that possibility up front helps keep the original clean and any later work clearly separated.
How a quote comes together
Send the location, approximate area, current stage, and target dates. It's fine if some details are still tentative.
We clarify condition, access, finishes, and remaining trades. A walkthrough or additional project information may be needed before a firm quote.
The proposal sets out the tasks, exclusions, visits, and scheduling assumptions. Work and dates are confirmed separately from your inquiry.

This is a quote request, not a confirmed booking. We'll review the scope and scheduling requirements with you.
Have plans or current site photos? Mention them in your request. We'll arrange how to share the relevant files during follow-up.
Please do not include access codes, confidential tenant information, or payment details.
Practical questions
Plans and current photos can help us understand the area and requested tasks. Site condition, finishes, access, and remaining work may still require a walkthrough before a firm proposal.
Tell us which work remains and whether areas can be released separately. Access, site conditions, and the risk of new dust or marks need to be reviewed before a schedule is agreed.
Only when it is included in the written scope. A return visit after additional trade work is assessed and agreed separately unless the proposal already covers it.
The area being cleaned is one factor. The cleaning stage, surface condition, glass and floor requirements, access, and number of visits also affect the scope. An early budget estimate and a firm scoped proposal are different things.
